List of cheese soups

This is a list of varieties of cheese soups. It is not exhaustive since variants are created, and named, by changing the type of cheese in the recipe or by adding a new main ingredient. Examples of both variants, occurring in one recipe, include ‘broccoli, bean, and cheddar cheese soup’ and ‘ham and potato Swiss cheese soup’.
